Daisy Manzana completed her legal studies at the University of Lesotho and an admitted Advocate in South Africa with effect from the 16th of February 2012. She completed a Higher Diploma in Company Law at the University of Witwatersrand (Wits), and an Advanced Diploma in Labour Law at the Rand Afrikaans University (RAU).
Daisy is self-employed and practice as a mediator (in commercial and labour disputes) arbitrator, trainer and facilitator. She is a panellist at Tokiso Dispute Settlement (Pty) Ltd, and a part- time commissioner at the CCMA and a number of Bargaining Councils.
Daisy is a CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution) accredited Commercial Mediator is also accredited to facilitate learning using a variety of given methodologies and an admitted advocate since February 2012. She has had fairly extensive experience in statutory processes as well as training programmes. She also chairs disciplinary hearings and conducts investigations for organisations.
Daisy has worked for Unions, Business and Government including Local Government. She is experienced in developing policies transformation, Management of HIV/Aids in the Workplace, Employment Equity Act and Sexual Harassment.
Daisy is based in Johannesburg.
