Geraldine is an accredited part-time commissioner of the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA). She is also a panelist of several bargaining councils since 2002. Geraldine is an accredited Commercial law mediator and family mediator with FAMAC.

Geraldine was admitted as an advocate in August 1998. She was previously on the Independent Electoral Commission Provincial Conflict Resolution panel as well as on the Conflict Resolution Panel for the local government elections.

Geraldine has experience as an Industrial Relations Manager within the financial industry, presenting cases within the CCMA. She has vast experience in investigating of possible misconduct given her past experience as a Prosecutor within the National Prosecuting Authority. She is well versed with conflict dynamics as she is trained on grievance handling and making recommendations to parties. She has worked in a consultative capacity for 10 years.
