Profile:

Kevin started his career as a magistrate in the Department of Justice. Thereafter came a period as in-house Legal Counsel with oil company BP Southern Africa before doing articles with BP’s attorneys, Moss-Morris where he later became a partner. Kevin has practised, first as an attorney and then as a consultant, for over 20 years, specialising in employment law, human resource management and employee relations.

Kevin has written, spoken and trained extensively in these fields and was the co-author, with Michael Beaumont, of the authoritative Guide to Unfair Labour Practices that was formerly published by FSA Contact (Now Deloitte and Touche's Human Capital). Kevin is a qualified commercial arbitrator, holding the Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators of the United Kingdom. He is also a part-time commissioner of the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) and an arbitrator and mediator with numerous bargaining councils.

Kevin is based in Johannesburg.
